Your insurance company will send you a welcome packet and ID card in the mail within 10-14 days of receiving your first health insurance premium payment!
Once your plan has officially started, you will be able to access your ID cards and plan information online through your insurance company's member portal. Go to your insurance company's website to register.
My information is not registering on my insurance company's member portal.
If your plan has just started within the last 10 business days, it's possible that your insurance company is still processing your application and uploading your information into their database. If you cannot register online, this does NOT mean your coverage is inactive. If you have successfully made your first insurance payment (check your bank or credit card statement for confirmation), your coverage is active.
We recommend waiting a full 10 business days from when your plan started to try registering online.

I am totally lost, I applied yesterday for health coverage. Had someone by the name of j. Give me my information and to call a certain number to verify everything so I can get the process going. But he neglected to give me any kind of ID number. He also gave me a separate dental coverage that my bank has already taken out of my account. And I am totally lost and what to do about my Fidelis health coverage. Because it's not showing up.
