You can update your application directly from your Stride dashboard.
Here’s how:

Log into your Stride dashboard.

Click "See plan details" on your health plan card.

Scroll to "Manage Your Plan and Application" and click "Learn More."

Then click "Update my Application."

Go through your application and make the changes you need.

Be sure to submit your application by clicking through every page, signing any attestations, and completing all e-signatures.

Changes might update your monthly premium, change what your household qualifies for, or even make your current plan unavailable.
