Not sure if your documents went through? Refresh your screen to see if your documents were successfully loaded. If you see a green check mark, it means the document has been successfully uploaded.
For faster processing, try uploading a smaller file-size document. You can take a screenshot of your document on your mobile phone or computer and upload the screenshot image. You can also use your phone to take a picture of a document and then upload that.
If you still do not see the file name and a green check mark, you will need to email your documents to support@stridehealth.com. Be sure to include:
- The email address used for your application
- The documents you need to upload
- And any notes or comments about the documents
Once our support team uploads the documents to your dashboard, someone from our Member Experience team will reply directly with a confirmation!
