Understanding Your Stride Dashboard Status
If you applied for health insurance through Stride Health, your dashboard shows the current status of your application. The exact wording may look a little different depending on your state, but this guide will help you understand what each status means — and what to do next.
🌎 For most states
(Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming)
Application Started
You’ve started your application but haven’t submitted it yet.
➡️ Next step: Log back in, complete all steps, and sign your application to submit it.
Plan Pending
The Marketplace needs documents to confirm your eligibility (like proof of qualifying life event).
If you haven’t uploaded your documents yet, please do so as soon as possible.
If you already did, the Marketplace is reviewing them — that can take up to two weeks.
Watch your email and dashboard for updates. The marketplace will notify you if additional documentation is required.
Processing
Your application has been sent to your insurance company.
➡️ Next step: Make your first payment (called a “binder payment”).
It may take 7–10 business days for the payment to show as received.
Once it’s processed, your status will update to Enrolled.
Action Required
You’ve submitted your enrollment, but there are still steps to finish (like uploading documents or completing verification).
➡️ Check for any alerts or notices and complete these as soon as possible. Missing a deadline could delay or cancel your coverage.
Enrolled
🎉 You’re officially enrolled! Your coverage is active once your payment is processed.
Your insurance company will send your ID card and welcome materials within about 10–14 business days.
Terminated
This means your plan ended.
🧾 Carriers may end coverage if payment isn’t made after your 30-day grace period.
🕒 The Marketplace may end coverage if required documents aren’t submitted on time.
