Follow the instructions below to link your application with Healthcare.gov.
1. Log into your Stride account
Go to your Stride account by clicking here, then open Settings, and select Notices and Tax Documents to download your eligibility results (if needed).
2. Create or log into your Healthcare.gov Marketplace account
- If you don’t have a HealthCare.gov account: create one using a username and password.
- If you already have an account: log in with your existing username and password.
3. Enter your Application ID
After logging in, select Find my existing application.
You’ll be prompted to enter your Application ID to link your application.

4. To keep Stride Health as your broker so we can assist you with any policy issues throughout the year, enter the following information when asked, “Are you receiving help enrolling in coverage?”
