If you see a fraudulent transaction on your Stride Save* account, please follow the steps below.
- You will need to call Mastercard at 1-855-333-1725

Provide them with as many details as possible:
- Reason for calling
- Transaction date of fraudulent charge
- Transaction amount
- Merchant(s)
You may be asked to provide evidence of the fraudulent transaction. Please be prepared to send in emails, invoices, receipts, contracts or any other record that may be helpful.
To protect your account from future fraudulent transactions, we suggest freezing your account. You can find directions on how to freeze your account here.
