How do I request that Stride delete my account data?

To close your Stride Save* account / virtual debit card, or to delete your Stride Save account data, please submit a request using this form support request.

Please note that our banking services partner, Unit, will continue to retain your account data in order to comply with their regulatory obligation to retain customer information for five years after the data of account closure.
