How do I freeze, close, or report my card lost/stolen?

To freeze your Stride Save* Debit card or report your card lost/stolen:

1. Go to your Stride Save dashboard here
2. Tap into your Stride debit card.
3. Tap the “View my virtual card” button.
4. Tap the 3-dot icon at the top right to access your card management options.

To close your Stride debit card, please submit a request using this form support request.
