How do I lock my account?

To lock your Stride Save* debit card, follow the instructions below to freeze your card:

1. Log into your Stride Save dashboard here
2. Tap into your Stride debit card
3. Tap the “View my virtual card” button
4. Tap the 3-dot icon at the top right to access your card management options

To lock your entire Stride Save account, please submit a request using this form support request.
