How do I apply for a Stride Save* debit account with contributions?

To apply for a Stride Save* account with contributions, you must be invited and be eligible to join a program.

Current Stride Save programs include:

• The Lyft contribution program in Utah. Sign up via https://lyft.stridehealth.com/savings/program/getstarted.
• The Shipt contribution program in Utah. Sign up via https://shipt.stridehealth.com/savings/program/getstarted.
• The DoorDash contribution program in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Maryland. Sign up via https://doordash.stridehealth.com/savings/program/getstarted.

You’re eligible to open a Stride Save debit account if:

• You’re at least 18 years old
• You live in the U.S.
• You have a mobile phone number
• You have a Social Security number
