What are the eligibility requirements for the DoorDash contribution program?

The Stride Save* contribution program participation is currently limited to certain DoorDash Dashers.

Maryland DoorDash Stride Save eligibility requirements:

• Must be located in Maryland
• Eligibility Period April 1 - June 30, 2025
  • Dashers can become eligible to sign up for the program by earning $1,000 or more (before tips) by dashing in Maryland during this period.
  • Dashers who qualify during the eligibility period will be invited to sign up and create a portable benefits savings account by July 29, 2025.
• Funding Periods April 2025 - July 2025
  • Deposit #1 - July: based on earnings from April, May, and June 2025 (the qualification period)
  • Deposit #2 - August: based on July 2025 earnings
  • Deposit #3 - September: based August 2025 earnings
  • Deposit #4 - October: based on September 2025 earnings

You’re eligible to open a Stride Save debit account if:

• You’re at least 18 years old
• You live in the U.S. 
• You have a mobile phone number
• You have a Social Security number

You’ll also need to agree to Stride and Mastercard’s Terms of Use and applicable policies to finish opening your account.
