If you are seeing the message, “We’re sorry, we can't find your phone number,” double check that you are entering the phone number that is associated with your Doordash/Uber/Lyft/Shipt account.
Also, did you receive an invitation to apply? The system only recognizes drivers who received a direct email invitation.
If you received an invitation but recently changed your phone number, you can click on the link to update your number:
After 3 failed attempts, it's going to ask you to be sure you received an invitation. If you did not receive an invitation you can click on the link to check out the requirements, and follow up with Uber/Lyft/Doordash/Shipt.
