The Stride Save* contribution program participation is currently limited to certain Lyft drivers.
Lyft Stride Save eligibility requirements:
- Drivers must be located in Utah.
- To become eligible for the 7% contribution, you must be an Elite driver throughout a qualification period. For example, the first contribution deposit will be in April 2024 for drivers that qualify from January-March 2024.

Qualification periods Utah-based drivers who maintain Elite driver status throughout each window will qualify for the contribution deposit the following month. |
Contribution deposits Equal to 7% of a driver’s base earnings, deposited into their Stride Save account after the end of each qualification window. |

You’re eligible to open a Stride Save debit account if:
- You’re at least 18 years old
- You live in the U.S.
- You have a mobile phone number
- You have a Social Security number
You’ll also need to agree to Stride and Mastercard’s Terms of Use and applicable policies to finish opening your account.
