Your first payment will be processed within 72 hours of your application submission. All subsequent payments will be deducted on the 5th of each month. If your automatic payment has not been collected by Renaissance within this timeframe, it may indicate an issue with your payment method.
Should Renaissance encounter a problem processing your payment, they will attempt to process it again after the initial attempt.
Please note that all billing matters must be handled directly by Renaissance customer support or by the member. To check the status of your payment, you may contact Renaissance Dental directly at (888) 791-5995. Alternatively, you can review your payment status through the Renaissance Member Portal here: Renaissance Member Portal
To access your account:
Log in to your existing account, or select "Sign Up" if you are creating one for the first time
Under "Proceed to Register," enter your personal information and follow the on-screen instructions.
