You can cancel your Renaissance dental policy at any time by writing us at support@stridehealth.com, or by submitting a cancellation request via your Stride Dashboard. Your plan will be cancelled effective the first of the following month.
In order to cancel your plan appropriately, Renaissance requests that members provide information about their current coverage so we can work together to improve the products we offer to our members.
Please take 2-3 min to answer the following questions your email/phone call. Once we have your answers, we will pass your cancellation request along to Renaissance!
1) Why are you cancelling your plan?
2) Do you plan on going without insurance, or getting coverage elsewhere?
3) If you are getting coverage elsewhere, where do you plan on purchasing your plan?
Every piece of feedback you give is incorporated into continuously improving the quality of the plans we offer, so the more detail you can offer, the better. Also please note, you won't be able to re-enroll in a plan with Renaissance for 12 months from your cancellation date once processed.
