To cancel your dental plan, you'll need to call Renaissance directly at (888) 791-5995.
Please note, you won't be able to re-enroll in a dental plan with Renaissance for 12 months from your cancellation date once processed.
If you have an outstanding balance on your account, Renaissance requires that you bring your account up to date before they're able to process the cancellation. You can check the balance through your online member portal. If you are up to date on payments, you will not be charged for coverage moving forward.
Are you cancelling because you cannot afford to make premium payments right now? Renaissance has a 90 day grace period. This means you have 90 days from the day of your first missed payment to pay any outstanding dues!
