You may have received an email about having your account in a restricted state. Your Stride Save dashboard may be displaying this information as well:
To explain, you received a stipend because you entered a "Statement of Intent" committing to providing eligible insurance enrollment evidence. Either our records reflect you did not submit proof of a qualifying plan by the deadline or the evidence provided did not meet the eligibility rules of the program.
As a result, instead of paying back the stipend, the program allows you to keep that payment, but you must pay that amount back through the next stipend you earn before being paid more.
Keep it mind that the stipend is renewed every 3 months, so even if you are ineligible for the next stipend you may qualify for the one after that.
If your health plan was deemed ineligible, you can review the requirements here.
This was shared by Uber and Lyft as part of the settlement with the state of Massachusetts. You can also view all the requirements in our FAQ article about the MA stipend program.
Hope this answers your question! If you still would like to contact our team, you can get in touch with us here.
Stay safe,
