Enabling notifications on your Stride App will allow you to receive real-time updates! Below are instructions for Android and iOS.
Upon creating an account within the Stride App, you will be asked to allow Stride to send you notifications. However, if you miss this step, here's how to fix it!
Android
- Go to the Settings app on your phone
- For Google devices, select "Apps & Notifications." For Samsung devices, select Notifications and then App Notifications.
- Search for the Stride App
- Ensure the toggle is on for the Stride app!

- Go to the Settings app on your phone
- Click "Notifications"
- Click "Stride"
- Allow notifications by moving the sliders to the right
