Haven't received your mileage reports in your inbox?

Have you tried exporting your deduction reports but haven't seen anything arrive in your inbox yet? Please note, most reports will be sent within 5 minutes, but occasionally can take up to 1 hour. If you don't see your report within that time, please check your spam or promotions folders, or any other email addresses linked with Stride.

What to do if your tax report email is not sending:  First, double-check the spelling of the email you used when you requested the tax report to be sent.
