Hospitalization
Includes surgery, overnight hospital stays, and other inpatient services. -
Pregnancy, Maternity, and Newborn Care
Services before and after birth, including delivery and newborn checkups. -
Mental Health & Substance Use Services
Includes counseling, behavioral health treatment, and substance use disorder services. -
Prescription Drugs
Medications prescribed by your healthcare provider. -
Rehabilitative & Habilitative Services and Devices
Helps people recover or improve skills lost due to injury, disability, or chronic conditions. -
Laboratory Services
Includes diagnostic tests like blood work or imaging. -
Preventive & Wellness Services, and Chronic Disease Management
Includes screenings, immunizations, and services that help prevent or manage conditions like diabetes. -
Pediatric Services (including dental and vision)
