The only one who can give you your 1099 is the company you work for!
Here is the link you'll need to contact Instacart: Instacart Shopper Help
You can also try heading to Payable via this link and you may be able to download your form: Where can I find my 1099?
While Stride operates separately from Instacart, I can tell you that Instacart will only prepare a 1099-NEC for you if:
- Your earnings exceed $600 in a year
According to Instacart, if you don't meet this requirement, you won't receive a 1099-NEC.
Fortunately you can still file your taxes without it and regardless of whether or not you receive a 1099-NEC, you must still file taxes with the IRS!
If you need help determining how much you’ve made in 2020, you can refer back to your Weekly Pay Statements sent via email.
