Yes! You can add or remove a family member from your dental or vision plan at any time during the year as long as your dental and vision plan premiums are current.
You can include your spouse, domestic partner, children under 26, and any additional eligible dependents! Once approved, the price will adjust based on how many qualifying people you have on your plan.
To request to add or remove a family member to/from your plan, you'll need to contact Ameritas customer support directly:
- Call Ameritas directly at 800-300-9566
- Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT
- Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CT
- Or send an email to cs@ameritas.com to request that they add or remove a family member
Note: When reaching out to Ameritas, you'll need to provide your full name, your policy number (or DOB), and the email address associated with your account.
