You can dispute “Received” ACH transactions. Received ACH transactions are transactions that you did not initiate, and that were not authorized or not processed as agreed upon.
Except in instances involving fraud, you can’t dispute “Originated” ACH transactions, as you initiated these.
To dispute an ACH or Visa transaction:
- Complete this Dispute Form
- Sign and date the form.
- Submit your completed form to our team support request.
