You can use your virtual debit card to make online purchases and set up recurring payments wherever Mastercard is accepted.
Can I write a check against this account?
Stride Save doesn’t support checks at this time.
Does Stride offer overdraft protection? Is there an overdraft limit?
Stride Save does not offer overdraft protection. Please refer to the terms and conditions, as there may be times when an overdraft does occur.
Can I use my card internationally?
Yes, your card can be used for international transactions, excluding certain prohibited countries listed below.
If you use your card to make a purchase in non-USD currency, the payment processor (Mastercard) will automatically charge you a fee (called ISA) that’s equal to 1% of the total transaction value. There are no additional fees for using the card internationally.
You can’t use your Stride Save debit card in the following countries:
AE - United Arab Emirates
BA - Bosnia and Herzegovina
BI - Burundi
BY - Belarus
CD - Democratic Republic of Congo
CF - Central African Republic
CU - Cuba
EE - Estonia
IQ - Iraq
IR - Iran
KP - Korea, Democratic Peoples
LB - Lebanon
LY - Libyan Arab Jamahiriya
ML - Mali
MT - Malta
NI - Nicaragua
PK - Pakistan
RU - Russian Federation
SD - Sudan
SO - Somalia
SY - Syrian Arab Republic
UA - Ukrainian SSR

Are there fees for using the card internationally?

Where can I withdraw cash from my Stride Save account?
At this time, you can’t use an ATM to withdraw cash from your Stride Save account.
