How do I update my account?
To update your email address or linked bank accounts, log in to your Stride Save dashboard, click the profile icon at the top right of the page, then select change email.
To update your name, date of birth, Social Security number, address, or other personal information, please fill out a support form request and a Stride agent will assist you.
How do I reset my Stride Save password?
To reset your password, follow this link. Input the email address you used to set up your Stride account to get a password reset link sent straight to your inbox. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
How do I set up notifications on my account?
You’ll automatically receive notifications regarding your account via email. Notification emails will come from the address support@mx.strideplatform.net.
Can I give others access to my account?
At this time, you can’t add multiple users to your Stride Savings account.
How do I close my account?
To close your Stride Save account, a custom goal sub-account, or your virtual debit card, please fill out a support form request and a Stride agent will assist you.
