You can check the status of your application from your Stride Save* dashboard.
If your application is marked as “pending,” that means it’s processing. Once your application is finished processing, you’ll get an email from support@mx.strideplatform.net to let you know whether it was approved or denied. This entire process typically takes two to 48 hours.
If you have any questions about your application status, please fill out support request and a Stride agent will assist you.
