Yes! Unemployment insurance counts toward your income estimate for 2023!
You'll want to include the full amount before taxes you'll be receiving. Since this estimate is for the entirety of 2023, include the amount you'll receive for the whole year.
As an example, if you're supposed to earn $5,000 in unemployment insurance between January 2023 and July 2023, you will want to include the full $5000.
Because this is just an estimate of your yearly earnings, you'll have the opportunity to adjust this amount throughout the year. For example, if you start earning income from a job or self-employment and are no longer receiving unemployment insurance, you can head back to your Stride Dashboard and edit the yearly income estimate.
