If you started an application before November 1st and have since returned to your Stride Dashboard, you might have found a blank screen or white page after clicking "continue application." This is happening because Open Enrollment has begun, and the plans have changed over to the new enrollment season options!
You were previously looking at last year's plans and will now need to choose a new plan for the 2021 year!
Take these steps to start applying for your 2021 Open Enrollment plan:
1. Log in to your Stride Dashboard here-> https://www.stridehealth.com/my/insurance
2. Click "Start Over." Do not hit continue application. If you click continue application, you will be taken to the blank screen again.
3. Proceed to enter your zip code and follow the remaining instructions to find your 2021 plan of choice.
4. Once you select your plan, click enroll and follow the steps from there!
