Payments are taken on the 5th of every month, so if your automatic payment hasn't been taken by Renaissance this month, it means there was an issue with your payment method!
Typically if Renaissance is unable to process a member's payment on the 5th, they will try again on the 19th of the same month.
Renaissance requires billing matters to be handled only by Renaissance customer support agents or members themselves, so please call Renaissance Dental directly at (888) 791-5995 to check the status of your payment. This can also be done through the Renaissance Online Portal under the payment section here: Renaissance Member Portal
- Log into your existing account or create a new one
- If you're making an account for the first time, select "Sign Up"
- Under "Proceed to Register" add your personal information and follow the remaining instructions!
