How do I access my dental ID card?

If you have recently completed an application, you will be mailed your Renaissance ID card and welcome packet within 14 business days from the date Renaissance processes your application. 

You can access a digital copy of your dental ID card through Renaissance's Account Manager website by following these instructions:

1. Click here to register your personal Renaissance account or you can log in here
2. Once logged in, you should see an option to "View and Print Member ID Card" on the top right-hand side. 

Stride tip: Please allow 2-3 days after submitting your application for processing before you try to access a digital copy of your ID card or try to book an appointment, especially if you sign up on the last day of the month!

If you do not have access to your dental ID card before your appointment, your dentist can look up your insurance status using your Social Security Number. You won’t need your ID card!
