There are a fews ways to update your vision plan information:
Billing information: This can be updated directly in your online Renaissance member portal by following these instructions below:
- Log in or register an account using Renaissance's Account Manager website here
- Once logged in, select "My Billing"
- Then select "Edit Auto Pay" on bottom right to update your preferred billing information
- If you would prefer to do this over the phone, you can also call Renaissance directly at (888) 791-5995.
For vision provider information and benefits
- You can access your VSP Portal here.
To cancel your vision plan
- Submit a request through your Stride Dashboard
