Unfortunately, there is an issue causing some users' transactions to fail to load via our bank-linking feature. We're currently hard at work investigating this bug and appreciate your patience as we identify a fix. That said, a complete fix could take a month or more.
Once the integration comes back, you should be able to view past transactions directly from your app as normal. In the meantime, we recommend adding your expenses into the app manually via the green "+" button on your Tax Savings screen. Thanks for your patience!
