If you are nearing your coverage start date and have not yet received notification that your application was approved, you should contact your insurance company directly. You will find the necessary contact details on the purchase confirmation page you received from us after submitting your application. If you cannot locate this email, please contact us and we can resend it to you.
As a general rule, please allow about two weeks for you application to be processed and approved. Once approved, the insurance company you selected will inform you directly and mail you a welcome packet containing your insurance card(s) and more information about how to get the most out of your benefits.
