No, personal information within an application can not be changed once it has been submitted for approval. If you entered incorrect information and absolutely must revise your application, please let us know as soon as possible. We can help you fill out change forms and submit a cancellation request.
What if I just submitted an application and want a different plan?
During Open Enrollment Period, you can change health plans even if you just enrolled. You would need to cancel the plan you just applied for and then go back to Stride and shop for a new plan.
Sign back into your Covered CA account and cancel your current plan. You can also email or call us and have us cancel your application for you. You will then be able to enroll in a different plan.
You can log back into your HC.gov account change your plan anytime before December 15th.
You will have to contact your insurance carrier directly and tell them you would like to cancel your plan. You will then be able to enroll in a different plan.
