Have you tried exporting your deduction reports but haven't seen anything arrive in your inbox yet? Some of our members with @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, and @live.com email addresses have reported difficulty receiving the email from us.
Please try sending your reports to an @yahoo.com or @gmail.com address by changing the email field as shown below! If you don't have an alternate email address, feel free to contact our support team for help at taxhelp@stridehealth.com.
