Have you tried exporting your deduction reports but haven't seen anything arrive in your inbox yet? Please note that most reports will be sent within 5 minutes, but can occasionally take up to 1 hour. If you don't see your report within that time, please check your spam or promotions folders, or any other email addresses linked with Stride.
What to do if your tax report email is not sending: To double-check the spelling of the email address attached to your Stride account, you can navigate to the Stride app and tap on the profile icon in the upper left-hand corner of the home screen. This will open up the main menu and you’ll be able to see the email address you use to log in at the top of the column.
In a web browser, you can log in to your Stride dashboard and select "Settings," which will populate a dropdown menu. Your email address will be displayed at the top, above the option to "Change Email." If your email address has a typo or needs to be updated, you’ll want to log in to the Stride dashboard and click on "Settings" > "Change Email" to make any changes.
