If your Dashboard shows your due state has passed or is expired, you will not be able to submit these documents through your Stride Dashboard. See the example below:
But no worries! You will simply need to email your documents to support@stridehealth.com and a licensed agent on the Member Experience team will be happy to upload your documents on your behalf. Be sure to include:
- The email address used for your application
- The documents you need to upload
- And any notes or comments about the documents
