Open Enrollment will end at 2 AM PST on Wednesday, 12/16 in most states.
If you experience a technical issue on Stride or Healthcare.gov leading up to the deadline tonight that prevents you from completing your application, please complete the steps below so we can help you be considered for an extension:

- Before 12 p.m. PST on 12/17, continue trying to finish your application on Stride or Healthcare.gov. You'll know you're successful once you are able to download your 2021 Eligibility Results document.

- NOTE: Your Eligibility Results may state that you cannot enroll. That is okay and expected if you completed the application after the deadline.

- Before 12 p.m. PST on 12/17, email us at support@stridehealth.com with the following information:
- A description of the technical issue you encountered before 2 a.m. on 12/16 on either Stride or Healthcare.gov.
- The email address you used to create your Stride account.
- After 12 p.m. PST on 12/17, do not try to reopen your application until you are notified by either Stride or Healthcare.gov to do so.
- Before 12 p.m. PST on 12/17, continue trying to finish your application on Stride or Healthcare.gov. You'll know you're successful once you are able to download your 2021 Eligibility Results document.
Stride will submit your information to Healthcare.gov to be considered for an Open Enrollment extension.
