If you receive a message saying you're not eligible for Special Enrollment, it means you accidentally selected 2020 as your application year!
1. To correct this, head back to your dashboard and select "Start Over."
2. Choose your plan and select enroll to start again. When you reach this page, be sure that it says 2021.
3. If you see 2021, click "continue" and proceed to fill out your application again!
