Creating an account with Covered California is optional!
Setting up a Covered California profile can be helpful for purposes of managing your plan, but it is not required! Any documents being requested can still be submitted directly through your Stride dashboard.
If you'd like to set up a Covered California profile and you're running into technical issues, you can always contact Covered CA's customer support team at (800) 300-1506.
To create a Covered Covered account and link your existing application from Stride, you'll want to navigate here and click on the "Continue" button under "Link Existing Application."
In order to access a current case and link an account to an existing application, you'll need to enter a special access code that can be found on your eligibility results from Covered California. A licensed agent on the Member Experience team at Stride can help you locate this, so please reach out to email@example.com if you need help finding your CCA access code or case number.
