EDE pending means that your application has been submitted to the marketplace, but that additional documentation is required!
When completing your application, you should have received an email letting you know which documents you'll need to submit and by which date. You can also find this information via the red banner above you dashboard.
- At this stage, the plan selection has not yet been sent to the insurance carrier, and will not be until the requested documentation is provided.
If you have an EDE pending status, you should upload your eligibility documents directly to your Stride Dashboard.
You will see the document name with a green check mark if the upload is successful. Below is an example of submitted document upload. The "document needed" banner will still appear until the document(s) are officially approved.
Once the documents have been received and approved by the marketplace, the status of your plan will change to EDE active!
