How do I change the email address on my Stride Drive account?

We're able to change the email address attached to your account, without affecting any of your saved records!

If you send us an email with the following information to drive@stridehealth.com, then we can make that change for you:

1) The email address currently attached to your account

2) The email address that you'd like to use instead

We'll get back to you within 24 hours, and update your email address for you!
